The steps of production from edited manuscript to finished book involve a host of hands copy editing the text, designing, and laying out the pages of the book, determining its size and page count, working to get the cover of the book designed, and seeing the book through printing and binding or e-book creation. Even though the progress and publishing development movement is very slow affected by the crisis, IIUM Press had taken the challenge to ensure the production run as usual. The table below shows the total of book production for the year 2020. The first print and new edition publications in 2020 for IIUM Press is higher than 2019.
